Had my car serviced here for many years and I always receive a first class experience from the sales and service department. The Gateshead team is always extremely knowledgeable and informative. My car always comes back spotless, even down to the minuscule details, and at a reasonable cost. Thank you to the full team!

Having received an email advising of the car sale I decided to go back to take a look so pleased I did. I was very happy to find sales man Dave Costello working today. Dave has already looked after a family member to purchase a car. I was so pleased to find a car I really liked test drove it to make sure it was one for me. Dave ensured I got the very best deal available wasn’t pushy he is a genuine caring salesman and there aren’t many of them as it can be daunting as a woman to purchase a car. So happy with my purchase Dave love it and thanks again I can’t praise you highly enough 😃

Hate having to wait while you have your sales meeting in the morning, 30mins later im thinking?? why can't nissan invest in a comfortable a waiting area??? This place opens at 9 am?? 9.30 I'm still sat here?... Update 9.45 The sales meeting has now turned into a coffee and a weekend catch-up... Still waiting

From driving into the dealership, and having a look around at the cars , we weren’t hounded by any sales staff , seen the car we wanted and Chloe, that sold us the car was great with us. Very helpful , wasn't pushy . The day we picked up the car ,there was only one key supplied , but that was sorted after a week . The service department was helpful as well and they kept us in the loop regarding picking the key up. So overall very happy how things went .would recommend this dealership 👍

It took 3 visits to purchase my new Nissan Leaf, the first for a test drive, the second to have my old car valued for trade in and finally to complete paperwork and make payment. Abigail steered me through the whole process and l couldn't fault her professional approach. A thoroughly good experience rewarded by an excellent deal and a nice new car

**Amazing** I can't thank the guys at the dealership enough for the amazing customer service, guidance and support through my vehicle purchase. I was greeted by friendly faces and a warm welcome from all. Including the customer service advisor David and the business manager for the fine attention to detail, to ensure a great service.
